Gravel Revival 2020 is coming!

Gravel Revival, sponsored by MOAB Bike Shop, is a multi-day gravel/dirt race/ride event for all levels of cyclists. The 2nd Annual Gravel Revival will be held on May 15-17, 2020 in Hickman County, TN and will include a weekend of delivering books to children on bikes, riding epic gravel roads, camping, live music, food/drink and a lot of fun. Riding to Make a Difference

Gravel Revival is an exciting and engaging cycling event that benefits Ride for Reading in Nashville, a literacy and healthy – living education nonprofit founded by a cyclist/educator who wanted to help children in low-income areas of Nashville become healthy and literate. Event Details

LOCATION: Lehman’s Lake and Campground – 2957 E. Beaverdam Rd., Centerville, TN 37033
COST: $75.00/participant
Includes: event entry, raffle ticket, cool swag, post-ride meal/beer, prizes for top male and female riders, bragging rights and an epic adventure
*Non-participants (family members, etc.) can attend event and purchase separate meal tickets on Eventbrite.

FRIDAY: Join us for a Ride for Reading Book Delivery to Centerville Elementary School (approx. 11am).
Light snacks & drinks will be provided. Set up campsites. Rest & Relax.
We’ll have something for dinner (TBD) and have a nice bonfire.
*Let us know you’re attending the book delivery by reserving your free ticket on Eventbrite.

SATURDAY: Participants arriving on Saturday can pick up their race packets anytime throughout the day. *New this year – we will be coordinating a casual afternoon Waterfall/Winery group ride (approx. 1pm). Other optional gravel routes will be available & posted below. Set up campsites. Vendors will be available onsite. Dinner will be provided (approx. 5pm). To add to the outdoor adventure, we will be hosting a mini 5Point Film Festival with 12 short adventure films (see trailer here). We’ll end the evening with a raffle, some fantastic LIVE music and a bonfire!

SUNDAY: Packet pickup and breakfast begins at 7am. Gravel Revival Timed Race/Ride – 9am start. Race/Ride is open to all levels. Spots are limited for this event so reserve your tickets before they’re gone!

Interested in Volunteering?

We are looking for Volunteers to help with the local Book Delivery on Friday and overall support of the event Saturday & Sunday. Volunteers will receive food/drink, entry to the event, swag, a weekend of fun & more. Click HERE to sign up to Volunteer. Spots are limited. Thank you!


Camping

If you were able to camp last year, you know how much fun it was! We all need to check out every once in awhile and why not do it here? A weekend of rest, relaxation, friends, bikes, bonfires, beer & camping! Invite your friends & families and enjoy the scenery and fellowship with other cyclists! We guarantee you won’t regret it. Leave the phone at home (or maybe bring it for the ‘gram!). Set up campsites on Friday or Saturday. Bring your own camping gear. Well-behaved dogs will be allowed. We also recommend bringing rain gear, bug spray, sunscreen, etc.
